a) Short Tandem Repeat (STR) allele frequency database of mainstream Bangladeshi and several other ethnic population using human identification markers available worldwide. b) Y-Chromosome haplotype diversity in Bangladeshi population. c) X-Chromosome haplotype diversity in Bangladeshi population. d) Mitochondrial DNA polymorphism in Bangladeshi population. e) Chromosomal aneuploidy screening of Bangladeshi population.
